Over more than ten years I have advanced energy and infrastructure priorities through bipartisan coalition building, federal budgeting, and global engagement. I hold a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, concentrated in Science, Technology, and International Affairs, and a bachelor's in Arabic Studies and International Development from the University of Maryland. I am a Presidential Management Fellow and a two-time recipient of federal language awards.
